Time Log (Employer) and Time Clock (Employee)
For employers, this isn't just about tracking hours — it's about building transparency. The Time Log lets you see exactly how your team is spending their work hours, without feeling like you're breathing down their necks.

Employees get their own Time Clock, which means no more awkward conversations about whether that coffee break was work time or personal time. You can also request a change in your records in case you made a mistake along the way.

It’s a handshake, really. Employers get peace of mind seeing actual work progress, while employees get credit for every minute they're hustling. ManagePH ensures that the timekeeping process is easy for all parties. Remember: it's not about micromanagement — it's about mutual respect and clear expectations.
Invoices (Employer) and Payment Request (Employee)
So let’s talk about getting paid. For employers, the invoices tab simplifies the headache of payroll and turns it into something that feels almost… trivial? You can track expenses, approve payment requests, and manage payments without drowning in spreadsheets.
And if you’re feeling a little overwhelmed, you can just press the “Pay All Pending” button to, well, pay all pending invoices with PayPal.

On the flip side, employees have a straightforward payment request system. No more awkward email chains or hoping your invoice doesn't get lost in someone's inbox. Submit, track, get paid. It's that simple with ManagePH.

PTO Request and Approval (Employer and Employee)
With ManagePH, you can also streamline your virtual workplace’s work-life balance. Employees can submit time-off requests (with context, of course), while employers can approve or discuss with full visibility into team schedules.

Although employers have the choice to approve PTO requests or not, ManagePH also has an automated system that lets you know if you have sufficient balance to ask for a PTO.

Recaps (Employer and Employee)
Remember those painful daily standups that could've been an email? ManagePH's Recaps feature is the antidote. Employees can log their day's achievements, blockers, and next steps in a clean, concise format. Employers get a bird's-eye view of team progress without scheduling a marathon meeting.
So, how does it work?
As an employer, you need to create new recap types. These are essentially questions your employee needs to answer. You can find this under “Settings” → “Recaps” → “Add New Recap Type.” From there, you can create, edit, or delete as many recaps as you need.

Once you’re done, those changes will be reflected in the “Recaps” tab of your employees.

At the end of every day, you (the employer) can check the “Team Recaps” tab to check up on all your employees’ updates.

Documents and Compliance (Employer and Employee)
Tax documents and other compliance documents — the mere mention makes most people break into a cold sweat. ManagePH turns this administrative nightmare into an easy process. Employers can track and manage critical documents, while employees have a centralized place to upload or access important paperwork.
But here’s the thing: as an employer, how do you know which documents you need? After all, since you’re not living in the Philippines, you’re likely unfamiliar with their many, many laws.
ManagePH’s solution is under the “Settings” tab. Head over to “Compliance” and you’ll see a dropdown with options for your country of operations.

Select which applies to you, and ManagePH will provide an overview of required documents to be submitted by your employees and give you an option to set custom document requirements. This will be reflected on your employees’ tab and you can monitor their compliance from there. It’s that easy.

Calendar (For Employers Only)
For employers, this isn't just a calendar — it's a strategic planning tool. Track Philippine holidays, team events, approved PTOs, and critical deadlines all in one place. No more accidentally scheduling a meeting during the Feast of Immaculate Conception or missing that critical team member's vacation.
