Ferrylend is a web-based CRM for merchant cash advance (MCA) and business funding brokers, ISOs and funders. It holds leads, bank statements, lender criteria, submissions, offers, funded deals, commissions and renewals on one record per deal. MCA is the main focus, but deals and lenders can also be tagged as term loans, lines of credit, SBA, equipment or factoring, so other products sit in the same pipeline.
It is built for lending shops of any size, from a single closer to a full sales floor. Key features include lender matching against stored rules with the reason for every pass or fail, AI reading of bank statement PDFs, stamped submission documents with proof of submission, side-by-side offer comparison and commission tracking with splits and clawbacks. Ferrylend says it does not fund or broker deals and never sells customer data.
Pricing is published per user per month with no seat minimum. Core costs $69 monthly or $59 billed annually. Pro costs $99 monthly or $84 billed annually and adds AI statement parsing, advanced reports, renewal automation, e-sign (through your own BoldSign account, DocuSign coming soon) and Gmail sending. A $999 one-time setup fee is waived for workspaces created through December 31, 2026. There is no free plan, but a live demo with sample data needs no signup.
Use Cases
- To match each MCA or business loan deal against stored lender criteria and see why lenders pass or fail
- To pull deposits, balances, NSFs and existing positions out of bank statement PDFs
- To send submission packages to several lenders and compare the offers side by side on cost and commission
- To track expected versus received commissions, rep splits and clawbacks
- To see which funded merchants are eligible for a renewal and create follow-up tasks
