We started recommending Instantly right after our first big campaign with it back in 2022 — it tripled our client count in three weeks, and we never looked back. Most of the "Instantly vs X" questions we get are easy to answer, because the other tool caps how many mailboxes you can connect or charges per seat, and that's basically the whole argument settled before you even open the pricing page. Saleshandy doesn't hand us that easy argument. It sells unlimited mailboxes & unlimited warmup on every plan too, and its entry-level pricing is noticeably cheaper than Instantly's. So this one actually has to be a fair fight.

Here's the TLDR: if you're scaling hard across a lot of domains & want warmup that doesn't get more restrictive depending on which plan you're paying for, plus deliverability infrastructure built for real volume, Instantly is worth paying more for. If you're a smaller team or solo founder mainly optimizing for cost per email sent & want a bigger lead database bundled in at a lower price, Saleshandy is the better deal on paper. The rest of this is about figuring out which camp you're actually in.

What Each Tool Actually Is

Instantly was founded in 2021 in Tallinn, Estonia, by Reio Suun & Nils Schneider, who built a lot of the company in public on Twitter before it became the category name everyone recognizes. It's grown into a full sending platform: unlimited mailboxes & warmup on every plan, a 450M+ contact lead database sold on its own credit system, a unified inbox (Unibox), AI reply agents that sort replies by intent, and integrations with Zapier, HubSpot, Google Sheets & Pipedrive plus an API. We go deeper on all of it in our full Instantly review.

Saleshandy is built around its "Outreach" product — automated sequences, unlimited mailbox connections with warmup, a unified inbox with AI-tagged replies (Interested, Meeting Booked, Not Interested, sorted automatically), and A-Z variant testing. Where it splits from Instantly structurally is that almost everything else is its own separately priced product. Lead Finder (852M+ verified contacts & 42M+ companies, per their site) runs on its own credit plans. Buying pre-warmed mailbox infrastructure is billed per mailbox per month. There's also a separate dialer product & a separate inbox-placement-testing product. We used Lemlist for about six months before switching to Instantly (liked lemwarm & the colorful UI, but per-user pricing got expensive fast) — see our full Instantly vs Lemlist breakdown for that story — so we're not reflexively defending whatever we already pay for here.

Pricing - The Real Difference

Instantly's three sending plans, billed monthly: Growth at $47/mo (1,000 uploaded contacts, 5,000 emails/mo), Hypergrowth at $97/mo (25,000 contacts, 125,000 emails/mo), & Light Speed at $358/mo (100,000+ contacts, 500,000+ emails/mo, plus a private deliverability network). Annual billing knocks about 20% off — Growth drops to $37.60/mo.

Saleshandy's four Outreach plans, billed monthly: Starter at $36/mo (2,000 active prospects, 6,000 emails/mo), Pro at $99/mo (30,000 prospects, 150,000 emails/mo), Scale at $199/mo (60,000 prospects, 240,000 emails/mo), & Scale Plus at $299/mo (100,000 prospects, 300,000 emails/mo). Billed annually, those drop to $25 / $69 / $139 / $209 per month respectively — a steeper annual discount than Instantly offers.

PlanPrice (billed monthly)Contacts / ProspectsEmails / MonthNotes
Instantly Growth$47/mo1,0005,000Unlimited mailboxes & warmup, no plan cap
Instantly Hypergrowth$97/mo25,000125,000Unlimited mailboxes & warmup, no plan cap
Instantly Light Speed$358/mo100,000+500,000+Adds private deliverability network
Saleshandy Starter$36/mo2,0006,000Unlimited to connect; active warmup capped by plan (per Saleshandy's help docs)
Saleshandy Pro$99/mo30,000150,000Unlimited to connect; active warmup capped by plan
Saleshandy Scale$199/mo60,000240,000Adds whitelabel & SSO
Saleshandy Scale Plus$299/mo100,000300,000Adds dedicated success manager

Do the math on cost per email & Saleshandy wins the entry & mid tiers clearly: Growth works out to roughly $9.40 per 1,000 emails sent vs Starter's $6.00; Hypergrowth is about 78 cents per 1,000 emails vs Pro's 66 cents. Check our full Instantly pricing breakdown if you want the complete tier-by-tier math on that side. But the gap actually narrows — and flips — at the top: Light Speed's 500,000+ emails for $358 works out to roughly 72 cents per 1,000, which is cheaper per email than Saleshandy's own Scale Plus at close to a dollar per 1,000.

Where Saleshandy Wins

Below the top tier, Saleshandy is genuinely cheaper — both in absolute price & in prospects per dollar. 2,000 active prospects on its $25/mo (annual) Starter plan vs 1,000 on Instantly's $37.60/mo (annual) Growth plan isn't a close call. Its lead database is bigger on paper too: 852M+ contacts & 42M+ companies vs Instantly's 450M+, though database size alone doesn't tell you much about match quality for your specific ICP — that's true of both. Lead Finder's own pricing is straightforward: $49/mo (annual) for 2,500 credits, $79/mo for 4,000, & you're only charged for results that actually verify. And if white-labeling under your own brand matters to you, Saleshandy's pricing page shows that starting on its $199/mo Scale tier — Instantly folds similar agency-oriented features into its pricier $555/mo Agency bundle, though that bundle includes a lot more sending & credit capacity too, so it's not a clean apples-to-apples comparison.

Where Instantly Wins

The unlimited warmup claim holds up differently once you dig into the fine print. Saleshandy's own help docs say that while you can connect unlimited mailboxes, how many of those you can actively run warmup on depends on your plan — & they don't publish what those caps actually are anywhere we could find. If you're planning to scale to the 20+ domains we run, that's exactly the kind of detail you want spelled out up front, not something you discover mid-scale. Instantly's unlimited warmup has no such asterisk on any plan, Growth included.

Then there's the top end. Light Speed's private deliverability network is a real answer to "what happens once I'm actually sending high volume," and we didn't find an equivalent in Saleshandy's lineup — plus, as shown above, Light Speed's per-email cost is actually lower than Saleshandy's own top tier once you run the numbers. Everything's also consolidated into two or three pricing pages (sending plans, credit bundles, the all-in-one Scale & Agency bundles) instead of five separately billed products. Saleshandy splits Outreach, Lead Finder, mailbox infrastructure (roughly $3-4 per mailbox per month), a dialer, & inbox-placement testing into their own line items, which adds up once you're using more than the core sequencing tool. To be fair, AI-sorted replies exist on both platforms — Instantly's AI Reply Agent & Saleshandy's auto-tagged replies are genuinely comparable, so we won't pretend that one's a win for either side.

Which One Is Right For You?

Pick Instantly if you're running an agency or sending serious volume across a lot of domains long-term, want warmup with zero plan-based ceiling, & would rather pay one consolidated bill than assemble five smaller ones as you grow.

Pick Saleshandy if you're a smaller team or solo founder on a tighter budget who wants lower cost per contact & per email out of the gate, or if a bigger bundled lead database at a lower entry price matters more to you right now than deliverability infrastructure you might not need for another year or two.

If you're genuinely on the fence, both offer entry tiers cheap enough to test for a month before committing to annual billing. Try the smallest paid plan on each with a real list & see which one actually lands in the inbox for your copy & your niche — of course, results depend on your list quality & your copy either way, no tool fixes that part for you.

We've paid for Instantly's yearly plan since a Black Friday deal four years ago & renewed every year since, so take our lean for what it's worth. But Saleshandy is the first comparison in this series that actually made us do the math instead of just pointing at "unlimited mailboxes" & calling it a day — if cost per email is your real constraint, it deserves a real look. If neither quite fits, our best cold email tools roundup covers more ground. Regardless of what you use, we hope this helped you, best of luck & happy emailing!
