When we compared these three in 2024, they looked like variations on one idea: a website where you find Filipino workers. In 2026 they're three different models. OnlineJobs.ph is still an open job board. VirtualStaff.ph now sells "Seats," a flat monthly fee on top of the worker's salary with VirtualStaff behind the relationship. HireTalent.ph is a direct-hire platform with reviewed profiles, payroll tools and an optional recruiting service.

OnlineJobs.ph
The long-running open board, based in Utah. You post jobs, search resumes, contact people and hire them directly with "no salary markups or ongoing fees." The free account lets you post up to 3 jobs and see applications, but you can't contact anyone until you pay. Pro is $69/month ($299/year) with 75 contacts a month; Premium is $99/month ($349/year) with 500 contacts and unlimited background data checks, per its pricing page. TimeProof and EasyPay keep working after you cancel.
Best for: employers who want a big open pool and will vet, contract and manage on their own. More in our OnlineJobs.ph review.
VirtualStaff.ph
VirtualStaff.ph has repositioned as an "ongoing staffing partner." You choose a full-time or part-time Philippines-based staff member, they work inside your business and report to you, and VirtualStaff "stays behind the staffing relationship." The fee is "$99/month per Seat + staff salary," per its pricing page; its examples show assistants with expected salaries of $500 to $700 a month, so $599 to $799 in total, and its home page shows ranges up to $1,299. Your first Seat is refundable in full within 30 days.
That's a change from 2024, when it charged a $99 monthly subscription for job board access with a 7-day trial.
Best for: employers who want a small, fixed fee and a provider to lean on when something goes wrong.
HireTalent.ph
HireTalent.ph reviews profiles before they go live (its home page says 65% don't make the cut), verifies identity with government ID and a selfie match, and shows human-reviewed certifications in 24+ AI tools. You hire directly at the worker's rate and can run paid trial tasks first. After the hire, the platform handles time tracking, time off, contracts, daily recaps and Wise payroll.
Pricing: free to browse and message your own applicants; $48 per job post; the Employer plan is $88/month with 3 posts, outreach to 10 candidates a day and 3 people tracked and paid; extra people are $20/month each, per its pricing page. Done-For-You Recruiting is $999 up front plus 20% of first-year salary on hire, with candidates in 10 business days and a 90-day replacement.
Limits: workers are independent contractors, there's no EOR option, the pool size isn't published, and plan refunds are limited to one request within 14 days.

What a year costs
For one assistant paid $600 a month ($7,200 a year):
- OnlineJobs.ph: one or two months of Pro while you hire ($69 to $138), then nothing.
- VirtualStaff.ph: $99 a month for as long as they work with you, $1,188 a year.
- HireTalent.ph self-serve: a $48 post plus $20 a month to manage and pay through the platform, $288 in year one. Or $1,440 once (20%) if its recruiters find the person.

- VirtualStaff.ph if you want a provider behind the relationship for a small ongoing fee.
