Now,, a leading European provider of cloud hosting and digital marketing services owns these plugins and continues to grow their portfolio of WordPress products. 

In a recent tweet, Inpsyde officially announced the sale of their 3 plugins.

According to Inpsyde, they believe that is the best home for the plugins because they have an immense “dedication, commitment, and well-established WordPress ecosystem.” 

“We are confident that our customers are in great hands going forward,” Inpsyde added.

In a release, they confirmed that their strategic decision will allow them to focus on their expertise in developing innovative web solutions for enterprise needs. 

The sale allowed Inpsyde to concentrate more on their core competencies and work more closely with their clients. 

Focusing on the functions of’s recently acquired plugins;

  • Adminimize - allows users to hide unnecessary items or changes in the administration backend.
  • BackWPup - a backup plugin allowing users to save and easily restore an installation.
  • Search & Replace - lets users search for and replace anything. It also creates and restores a simple database backup. 

In recent reports, the recently acquired plugins will be managed by one of the’s brands, specifically, the development team at WP Media.
