Lemon Squeezy has been under fire for recently having minor issues piling up that became bothersome to some users.
In a recent tweet, a user expressed his observations regarding the shortcomings of the SaaS business platform.
According to the twitter user, he came across various tweets pointing out problems with the API bugs, unexpected high fees, and slow support from Lemon Squeezy.
Other users have also complained about experiencing the same issue saying that the customer support is very slow despite the urgent matter.
Another user responded to Marvin’s tweet and briefly expressed his experience with the underwhelming service received from the said business platform.
Marvin then responded saying that he had the same experience but still assured that Lemon Squeezy is still a great all-in-one platform.
In another tweet from a concerned engineer and blogger, he expressed his concern about Lemon Squeezy’s alleged hidden fees.
Lemon Squeezy’s official Twitter account directly replied to the tweet explaining how their fees work.
However, the twitter user was not convinced and explained his sentiments on the payout fees further.
To be fair, Lemon Squeezy has received an overall 4.7/5 review rating on Product Hunt which showcases the platform’s helpful functions to users.
These reported issues may have been a minor lapse on Lemon Squeezy’s end, but hopefully should be fixed/improved later on.
We have yet to see an update or feedback from Lemon Squeezy on the concerns raised.
