Zomato has recently launched an AI chatbot that has the capability to align unique food and beverage preferences and assist users in placing their orders.
‘Zomato AI’ is an “intelligent, intuitive, and interactive” chatbot that is able to receive prompts for different tasks. Consequently, it will present a widget including a list of restaurants that serves the desired dish.
Furthermore, it also suggests a list of popular dishes or restaurants that carefully fits the dietary needs of a user which may be a good alternative to choose from.
“Zomato AI is focused on helping you find the perfect dish to order when you’re browsing Zomato with a rumbling stomach,” Zomato said in a release.
Moreover, the innovative chatbot has the capabilities to:

According to Zomato, this innovative feature aims to provide a seamless customer experience and offer a natural style of conversation – just like chatting with a friend or companion.
“Our in-house developed technology seamlessly links together all these multiple prompts and functions, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted conversation with Zomato AI,” Zomato added.
Its multiple agent framework allows the chatbot to provide numerous functions and dynamically call for any relevant data it needs in order to best serve the user’s query.
Currently, the AI-powered chatbot is exclusively available to their Zomato Gold Members.
