Centrex Software Alternatives: MCA Platforms Compared

Centrex has sold MCA software since 2015, and it sells nearly everything: a CRM, lender submissions, ACH servicing, syndication, a client portal, an ISO portal and a white-label merchant app. It is sold to MCA brokers, MCA funders and syndicates on the same platform. That breadth is why many shops pick it. It is also why some of them start shopping around.

This guide is for two readers. One is the broker or ISO who uses a small slice of Centrex and wants something simpler or cheaper to understand. The other is the funder who wants a different servicing system. A broker CRM and a funder servicing platform are not interchangeable, so the picks are split that way. For broker shops, our top pick is Ferrylend: it publishes per-user pricing and covers lender matching, submissions and commissions without the funder modules you'd never use.

Here's the TLDR (prices checked October 24, 2026):

  1. Ferrylend (our pick) - Best for: small and mid-size broker shops that want published per-user pricing, lender matching and commission tracking. $69 or $99/user/month. Not for funders who need ACH servicing.
  2. Cloudsquare Broker - Best for: brokers whose funder panel overlaps its lender API network, and hybrid shops that also want a funder product. From $75/user/month plus a Salesforce license.
  3. MCA Pilot - Best for: broker shops that submit heavily to API-connected funders. $499/month base plus $99/user.
  4. NextLevel MCA - Best for: shops that want texting, calling and marketing from GoHighLevel. From $597/month for up to 2 users.
  5. Onyx IQ - Best for: funders who want ISO deals read from the inbox and auto-decisioned, with daily ACH. Quote only.
  6. LendSaaS - Best for: funders who want state disclosure tooling and a wide choice of ACH processors. Quote only.
  7. MCA Track - Best for: smaller funders who want the CRM and ACH processing from one company. Quote only.
  8. OrgMeter - Best for: funders focused on syndicator reporting and processor choice. Quote only.

Why people look for Centrex alternatives

All of this comes from Centrex's own site and help center, read October 24, 2026.

  • No published price. Every product page ends in "Request a Demo", and there is no pricing page. Centrex's billing policy explains how you pay, not how much: monthly in arrears, for "every user that has logged into the system at least once" in the prior month, with an unpublished account minimum "per agreement".
  • Add-ons are sold one by one. Credit bureau connections, phone systems, sales scripts, IP whitelisting and Microsoft Entra SSO are separate "enhancements" or add-ons that the Centrex team switches on. To cancel one you have to ask by the 5th of the billing period, or you owe the whole month.
  • Leaving takes paperwork. The same policy says data is exported to you "once we have received your final payment and the signed cancellation form."
  • Some fixed choices. ACH batches run at 2:30 PM CST and "cannot be changed or customized". E-sign is Centrex's own ClixSign; DocuSign and PandaDoc don't appear on its integrations page.
  • Brokers pay for a funder-sized platform. If you never service a deal, the servicing, syndication and wallet modules are weight you are not using.

To be fair to Centrex: its servicing and syndication depth is documented in detail, it white-labels almost everything (portal, URL, mobile app), and it is actively maintained, with monthly release notes through August 2026. If you use those pieces, few alternatives replace all of them at once.

Alternatives for MCA brokers and ISOs

1. Ferrylend

Ferrylend is a web CRM for MCA and business-funding brokers. It covers lead import, a merchant application link, bank statement figures, lender matching, multi-lender submissions, offer math, commissions and renewals on one deal record. It is newer than everything else on this list, so it has a short track record and no independent reviews yet.

Pricing: Ferrylend's published plans are Core at $69/user/month ($59 billed annually) and Pro at $99/user/month ($84 billed annually), with no seat minimum and month-to-month billing. There's a $999 setup fee, waived for workspaces created through December 31, 2026, and migration from your current CRM is included in that setup. There's no free trial. Instead there's a live demo with sample data (no signup; it asks for a work email to start) and a booked 30-minute demo.

Strengths for a Centrex broker: lender matching is included in every plan and checks deals against 27 metrics, with a plain reason for every pass or fail. In the sample-data tour on Ferrylend's homepage, the Matching tab shows rows like "Credit 610, program minimum 620" and "Does not fund in New York". Every page sent to a lender is stamped, and you can download a proof-of-submission PDF. Lender commission statements (CSV) are matched to funded deals automatically.

Limits: it is not a Centrex replacement for funders. Its own site says it doesn't debit merchants, run an ACH schedule or keep a syndication ledger. There's no ISO portal, no built-in dialer or SMS (both are listed as coming soon), and submissions go by email or portal-assist rather than lender APIs. It has no SOC 2 report, which its security page states. We found no independent reviews on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot as of October 2026. Ferrylend also says documents, signed contracts and servicing history usually stay in your old system after a migration. Ferrylend's own Centrex comparison page lays out its side of the argument.

Pick it if: you're a broker shop that wants to know the price before a sales call, and your daily work is matching, submitting and tracking commissions rather than servicing.

2. Cloudsquare Broker

Cloudsquare is the closest like-for-like swap if you're a hybrid shop, because it is also two-sided: Cloudsquare Broker for brokers and ISOs, and Cloudsquare Lend for funders. Both are built on Salesforce. On the broker side, its platform page claims one-click submissions across 30 integrated lender APIs (one 2026 article says "15+", so the count varies by page), with named lenders including OnDeck, Kapitus, CAN Capital, Forward Financing and Credibly. A "Lender Decision Inbox" builds offers from lender emails, and there's commission reconciliation and a renewal pipeline.

Pricing: Cloudsquare's own Centrex comparison says Broker "starts at $75 per user, per month" and that you buy your Salesforce license separately. Lend is quote-only. Implementation is a scoped project with no published fee.

Limits: you're paying for Salesforce too, at an edition Cloudsquare doesn't name. Its SaaS agreement auto-renews at the then-current list price and doesn't let you reduce licenses mid-term.

Pick it if: your funders are on its API list, you already run Salesforce or want to, or you broker and fund and want one vendor for both.

3. MCA Pilot

MCA Pilot is a broker-only CRM whose main pitch is direct funder APIs. Its API page lists 20 direct funder integrations, with confirmation IDs written back and statuses checked daily or by webhook. Other funders go by email or a tracked portal task. It also reads bank statements with AI, ranks funders on 20+ criteria, and turns funder replies into offers, declines and stips.

Pricing: one plan at $499/month base, which covers the first user. Users 2 to 10 are $99/month each, so a five-person shop is $895/month by our arithmetic. Yearly works out to $415/month on a 12-month commitment. There's a 15-day trial with a card required.

Limits: the $499 floor applies even to one user, it doesn't name its 20 API funders publicly, and SMS runs on your own provider account.

Pick it if: your reps lose hours re-keying deals into funder portals and you can confirm your funders are on its list.

4. NextLevel MCA

NextLevel MCA puts an MCA deal desk (lender scoring, submissions, a merchant portal, commissions, renewal flags) on top of a GoHighLevel sub-account it sets up for you. GoHighLevel supplies the contacts, two-way texting, calling and email marketing, which Centrex shops often run through separate add-ons.

Pricing: team-size bands of $597/month for up to 2 users, $747 for up to 6 and $1,197 for up to 12. No setup fee and a 14-day trial with a card at signup. Calls, texts, email and AI are billed by usage on top.

Pick it if: you want texting and calling in the same system as your deals and you're comfortable with GoHighLevel underneath.

Alternatives for MCA funders

If you use Centrex for servicing, ACH and syndicate payouts, you need a funder platform. None of these four publish prices, so you'll be on demo calls either way.

5. Onyx IQ

Onyx IQ is built for MCA funders who take deals from ISOs. Submissions sent to your inbox land in Onyx automatically, where AI reads them into a deal. No-code scorecards approve or decline, and ISOs get a branded portal to pick from up to six approval options. Servicing runs "automated daily ACH with retry logic" and a backup processor if one goes down. It lists SOC 2 Type II under its controls, and its FAQ says teams can migrate within two weeks.

Pick it if: collections reliability and fast ISO decisions matter most. Note that its commercial-lending edition is still behind a waitlist.

6. LendSaaS

LendSaaS covers ISO intake (portal, PDF application scanner, offer links), underwriting, daily ACH and card collections, syndication wallets and white-label servicing. Where it stands out is compliance: its compliance pages describe state disclosure forms for CA, CT, FL, GA, KS, NY, UT and VA, an APR calculator, a California annual report export and UCC filing. Its API page lists ten ACH processors and a long list of bank APIs.

Pick it if: state disclosures are a headache and you want to pick your own ACH processor. It publishes no SOC 2 claim on the pages we read.

7. MCA Track

MCA Track has served funders since 2010. ACH runs through GoACH, a sister company, built into the platform. It handles advances, renewals, syndicator splits and payouts, ISO commissions and white-label portals, with custom roles built from 145 permissions. It says most customers are running "within days", and its full user guide is public.

Pick it if: you're a smaller funder who wants one company for the software and the processor. Returned debits don't auto-retry, and its AI underwriting add-on, MCA Verify, is still early access.

8. OrgMeter

OrgMeter manages ACH through several processors from one screen (ACHWorks, Actum, Clear ACH and others are listed), with NSF and bounce alerts. Its syndication page describes syndicator logins, upfront and pay-as-you-go models, and control over what each syndicator sees.

Read the contract first: its SaaS agreement sets a one-year term that auto-renews unless you give 60 days' notice, and says OrgMeter has no obligation to keep your data after termination. Export before you leave.

How to choose

  • Do you move money? If you debit merchants or pay syndicators, look only at Onyx IQ, LendSaaS, MCA Track, OrgMeter or Cloudsquare Lend. A broker CRM won't do it.
  • Who are your funders? API submission tools (Cloudsquare, MCA Pilot) only help if your panel is on their list. Ask for the list before the demo.
  • Do you want the price in writing first? Ferrylend, MCA Pilot and NextLevel MCA publish theirs. Cloudsquare publishes a starting price for Broker only.
  • How do you leave? Ask every vendor how data export works on cancellation. Centrex's answer is in its billing policy; check the others' before you sign.

FAQ

How much does Centrex Software cost?

Centrex doesn't publish a price. Its billing policy says you're billed monthly for every user who logged in during the prior month, with an account minimum set in your agreement, plus monthly fees for any enhancements.

What is the best Centrex alternative for MCA brokers?

For most broker shops we'd look at Ferrylend first: it publishes a per-user price and covers matching, submissions and commissions. If your funders take API submissions and you run Salesforce, Cloudsquare Broker or MCA Pilot may fit better, since Ferrylend submits by email or portal-assist. If texting and calling are central, NextLevel MCA.

Is there a Centrex alternative with ACH servicing and syndication?

Yes: Onyx IQ, LendSaaS, MCA Track, OrgMeter and Cloudsquare Lend all describe ACH collections and syndication. None publishes a price.

Can I get my data out of Centrex?

Yes, but on its terms: Centrex's billing policy says data is exported once it has your final payment and a signed cancellation form. Plan the export into your switch date.

Can Ferrylend replace Centrex for a funder?

No. Ferrylend can track remittances and servicing statuses you enter or import, but it doesn't debit merchants, run ACH schedules or keep a syndication ledger. Those are on its longer-term roadmap, not live.

Whichever way you go, decide first whether you need a broker CRM or a funder platform. That one answer removes half of this list.

Disclosure: Ferrylend is made by Digital Mundo, a separate company with the same owner as Gold Penguin. We rank it first, and we've kept its drawbacks in plain view.
