Best MCA CRM Software in 2026 (for Brokers and ISOs)

An MCA CRM is the system a broker or ISO shop runs its day on: leads in, statements collected, deals matched and submitted to funders, offers compared, commissions chased and renewals caught at the right paid-in percentage. A general sales CRM can hold some of that. An MCA CRM is built around it.

This guide is for MCA brokers, ISOs and sub-ISO teams choosing their main system. It covers the MCA-specific CRMs, the general CRMs some shops adapt, and the funder platforms that show up on the same lists. Our top pick for most broker shops is Ferrylend, because it publishes per-user pricing and puts lender matching, submissions, offers and commissions on one deal record.

Here's the TLDR (prices checked October 24, 2026):

  1. Ferrylend (our pick): Best for small and mid-size shops that want published per-user pricing and rule-based lender matching. $69 or $99/user/month. Newer, with no independent reviews yet.
  2. Centrex Software: Best for hybrid shops that broker and fund, or plan to. The widest module list (CRM, ISO portal, servicing, syndication). Price by demo only.
  3. Cloudsquare Broker: Best for shops that want Salesforce and API submissions to big funders. From $75/user/month plus your own Salesforce license.
  4. MCA Pilot: Best for cutting portal re-keying, with 20 direct funder API integrations. $499/month base, then $99 per extra user.
  5. NextLevel MCA: Best for shops that live in GoHighLevel. From $597/month for up to 2 users.
  6. Fundara: Best for owners who want the CRM built and loaded for them. Price by call only.
  7. Specter Systems: Best for AI-heavy workflows and direct submissions to a few named funders. Price by demo only.
  8. ConvergeHub (MCA Edition): Best for a low-cost general CRM with calling and SMS built in. From $29/user/month billed annually.
  9. A general CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Zoho): Best if you'll build MCA stages yourself and want a big ecosystem.

1. Ferrylend

Ferrylend is a web CRM for MCA and business-funding brokers that keeps lead import, bank statement figures, lender matching, multi-lender submissions, offer math, commissions and renewals on one deal record. MCA has the deepest tooling, but loans, lines of credit, SBA, equipment and factoring run in the same pipeline. It's newer than the other products here, which shows in the limits below.

Pricing: the published plans are Core at $69/user/month ($59 billed annually) and Pro at $99/user/month ($84 annually), with no seat minimum and month-to-month billing. There's a $999 setup fee, waived for workspaces created through December 31, 2026. There is no free trial.

Strengths: lender programs with hard, soft and informational rules across 27 metrics, with a reason for every pass or fail. In the sample-data tour on Ferrylend's homepage, a deal is "Checked against 5 lenders: 2 eligible, 1 review, 2 no match", with reasons such as "Credit 610, program minimum 620". Pages sent to lenders are stamped with a proof-of-submission PDF, and lender commission statements import as CSV and match to funded deals.

Limits: it's brand new with no independent reviews (none found on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot as of October 2026). There are no lender API submissions, no dialer or SMS (both coming soon), no ISO partner logins, no native mobile app and no SOC 2 report, which its security page says. It doesn't service funded deals: no ACH, merchant debits or syndication ledger.

Pick it if you want to see the price before a sales call and your daily work is matching, submitting and tracking commissions. You can click through the sample-data workspace first (no signup; asks for a work email to start). Gold Penguin's Ferrylend listing has the summary.

2. Centrex Software

Centrex has sold to the MCA industry "since 2015" and names three audiences: "MCA Brokers, MCA Funders, and MCA Syndicates". You license the CRM and add modules on top: lender matchmaking, an ISO portal, a white-label client portal and mobile app, its own ClixSign e-signature, text and email campaigns through your Twilio account, and, on the funder side, ACH servicing and syndication.

Pricing: not published. Its billing policy says you're charged monthly in arrears "for every user that has logged into the system at least once for the prior month", with an unpublished account minimum and add-ons ("enhancements") billed separately.

Strengths: one-click submission packages to multiple lenders, matchmaking on typically 7 to 10 criteria per lender, a portal your own ISOs submit through, and servicing depth if you start funding. Limits: no public price or trial, many integrations are paid add-ons, and on cancellation your data is exported only after final payment and a signed cancellation form.

Pick it if you broker and fund (or will), want your brand on every portal, and are fine buying through a sales process.

3. Cloudsquare Broker

Cloudsquare builds two products on Salesforce: CS Broker for brokerages and ISOs, and CS Lend for funders. The broker side covers lead routing, bank statement grading with open-position tracking, a Lender Decision Inbox that turns lender emails into offers, commission reconciliation and a renewal pipeline.

Pricing: "Cloudsquare Broker starts at $75 per user, per month. You must purchase your Salesforce license separately," per its own comparison page. Implementation cost isn't published.

Strengths: "One-click submissions rank programs across 30 integrated lenders", with named funders including OnDeck, Kapitus, CAN Capital, Forward Financing and Credibly. Limits: you pay for and run Salesforce, the lender count differs between its pages, and its SaaS agreement auto-renews at list price with no mid-term seat reductions.

Pick it if you already run Salesforce or have an admin, and your funder panel overlaps its API network.

4. MCA Pilot

MCA Pilot is broker-only. It reads bank statements with AI (balances, deposits, NSFs, existing positions), ranks funders on 20+ criteria, submits to 20 funders by direct API and the rest by email or a tracked portal task, then parses funder replies into offers, declines and stips.

Pricing: one plan at $499/month covering the first user, then $99 per user for users 2 to 10, $89 for 11 to 20 and $79 beyond. A 5-user shop works out to $895/month. There's a 15-day trial (card required) and "No per-deal or per-funder fees."

Limits: the $499 floor applies even to a solo broker, the 20 API funders aren't named publicly, there's no built-in dialer, and it runs on the Noloco no-code platform.

Pick it if your reps lose hours re-keying deals into funder portals and you have enough volume to justify the base fee.

5. NextLevel MCA

NextLevel MCA adds an MCA deal desk (statement analysis, lender scoring, submissions, commissions, renewals) to a GoHighLevel sub-account it sets up for you. GoHighLevel supplies texting, calling and email.

Pricing: Starter $597/month for up to 2 users, Growth $747 for up to 6, Scale $1,197 for up to 12 (then $69 per user). No setup fees, a 14-day trial with a card, and usage charges for calls, SMS and email on top.

Strengths: a 0 to 100 match score with a "Why this score?" breakdown, and bank statement analysis in every plan. Limits: the lender API list isn't published, and your CRM is a GoHighLevel account under NextLevel's agency.

Pick it if you already use GoHighLevel for texting and marketing and have 3 to 12 reps.

6. Fundara

Fundara is a done-for-you MCA CRM, also on GoHighLevel. Its team configures your pipeline, loads every lender you have an agreement with for one-click email shop-out and migrates your data, live in 3 to 5 business days. It adds AI bank statement underwriting and blast texting at carrier cost.

Pricing: not published; you book a 15-minute call. It's month to month after launch. Limits: no direct funder APIs are described, and "You bring your ISO agreements."

Pick it if you'd rather someone else build and load the system, and renewal texting matters to your shop.

7. Specter Systems

Specter is an AI-first business-lending CRM: bank statement OCR with position detection, matching, multi-lender submission, Gmail and Outlook sync, SMS blasts, and "Neo", an assistant that runs the CRM by chat and voice. It lists direct submissions to Credibly, Bitty Advance, Spectra Lending, LNDR and SmartBiz.

Pricing: not published, and "Seats require an Enterprise account". No free trial. Limits: security is described as "SOC 2-aligned", not certified, and Specter also runs a lender-facing submission network, so ask how your submitted deals are used.

Pick it if you want the most AI in the workflow and send to the funders it integrates with.

8. ConvergeHub (MCA Edition)

ConvergeHub is a general small-business CRM with an MCA-configured edition: inquiry-to-funding stages, offer tracking, document reminders and renewal reminders. Plans include two-way SMS, calling and drips. Professional is $29/user/month billed annually ($45 monthly), up to Enterprise at $59 ($85).

Limits: no lender matching or submission engine is described, and a free trial gets you the generic CRM, not the MCA setup. Pick it if price and built-in calling matter more than funder workflow.

9. A general CRM you configure yourself

Plenty of shops run a general CRM with custom stages (app in, submitted, offers, funded, renewal). You get mature apps and integrations; you give up matching, statement analysis, submission tracking and commission splits unless you build them.

  • HubSpot: free for up to 2 users; Professional $90/seat/month plus a required $1,500 onboarding.
  • Pipedrive: $14 to $79/seat/month billed annually; 14-day trial, no card.
  • Close: built-in calling and SMS; power dialer from Growth at $99/user/month annual.
  • Zoho CRM: free for 3 users; Standard $14/user/month annual.

If outbound is how you source merchants, pair any CRM with a cold email tool.

If you fund deals, not just broker them

Funder platforms show up in "MCA CRM" searches, but they're built for the side that collects payments.

LendSaaS, Onyx IQ, MCA Track and OrgMeter all run ACH collections, syndication and ISO portals. Ferrylend, MCA Pilot, NextLevel MCA and Fundara don't debit merchants or run syndication. Centrex and Cloudsquare sell both sides.

Others worth knowing

  • MCA Suite: broker submissions, commissions and basic servicing. Its site looks dormant: copyright 2022 in the footer, and the last news post is from May 2024.
  • LendingWise: a real-estate-first CRM and loan origination system with MCA as a pre-built program. From $119/month for one user.
  • Heron Data: an automation layer (not a CRM) that scrubs statements, matches and submits, then syncs into Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or Centrex.
  • FundingTracker: free renewal and commission visibility for brokers whose merchants link their own data.

How to choose

  • Count your funders by channel. If most of your panel takes API submissions, Cloudsquare, MCA Pilot or Specter save the most time. If most still take email, matching and submission tracking matter more than API counts.
  • Price it at your real seat count. A $499 or $597 base hurts at 2 seats and fades at 10. Per-user plans scale the other way.
  • Decide on phones and texting. NextLevel MCA, Fundara, Close and ConvergeHub include them. Ferrylend and MCA Pilot expect your own phone or provider today.
  • Be honest about funding plans. If you'll fund within a year, a platform that does both (Centrex, Cloudsquare) avoids a second migration.
  • Read the exit terms. Data export, auto-renewal and notice periods differ a lot.

How we put this list together

Every price and feature here comes from the vendor's own website, read on October 24, 2026. We didn't run paid accounts on these products; the only hands-on material is Ferrylend's public sample-data tour. SCALE MCA, which appears on older lists, was left out because its domain is parked.

FAQ

What is an MCA CRM?

A CRM built around merchant cash advance deals: applications and bank statements on the record, funders and their criteria, submissions and offers per funder, commissions in points, and renewals by paid-in percentage. A general CRM tracks contacts and deals but none of that out of the box.

How much does an MCA CRM cost?

Of those that publish prices: Ferrylend is $69 to $99 per user per month, Cloudsquare Broker from $75 per user plus Salesforce, MCA Pilot $499 per month plus $99 per extra user, and NextLevel MCA $597 to $1,197 per month by team size. Centrex, Fundara, Specter, LendSaaS and Onyx IQ quote by demo.

Can I use HubSpot or Salesforce as an MCA CRM?

Yes, with setup. Neither addresses MCA on its pricing page, so you build the stages, fields and automations. On Salesforce, Cloudsquare sells the MCA layer as a package.

Do any MCA CRMs submit to lenders by API?

Cloudsquare claims 30 integrated lenders, MCA Pilot 20 direct funder APIs, and Specter lists five named funders. NextLevel MCA sets up "supported lenders" on request. Centrex's API works only with lenders that build against it. Ferrylend and Fundara submit by email.

Is there a free MCA CRM?

Not a full one. HubSpot's free plan (2 users) and Zoho's free edition (3 users) are general CRMs you'd configure yourself. FundingTracker is free for brokers but only tracks merchants' existing positions and renewals.

Whichever you shortlist, ask each vendor for a demo on one of your own recent deals: the screen that handles it best is usually the right pick. If published pricing is on your list, see how Ferrylend handles the same deal next to the others.

Disclosure: Ferrylend is made by Digital Mundo, a separate company with the same owner as Gold Penguin. We rank it first, and we've kept its drawbacks in plain view.
