MCA Suite is one of the older MCA-only CRMs. It covers both sides of the business: lead management and multi-funder email submissions for brokers, plus payment tracking, syndication and investor portals for funders. If you're on it, or were about to pick it, the question that matters first isn't which feature it lacks. It's whether the product is still being developed.

This guide covers what MCA Suite's own site shows about its status, how to get your data out, and five alternatives split by how you use it. Everything was read on the vendors' sites on October 24, 2026. If you used MCA Suite as a broker, our top pick is Ferrylend: it checks each deal against your lenders' rules before you submit and reconciles commissions, at a published per-user price. Funders who need payment processing and syndication should look at the platforms after it.

Here's the TLDR (prices checked October 24, 2026):

  1. Ferrylend (our pick) - Best for: broker shops that want lender matching and commission reconciliation at a published price. $69 or $99/user/month. It does not replace MCA Suite's funder side.
  2. Centrex - Best for: shops that used both sides of MCA Suite (brokering and funding) and want one actively maintained platform. Quote only.
  3. MCA Track - Best for: funders who want an MCA-only system with built-in ACH and the same scheduled-vs-settled commission view. Quote only.
  4. OrgMeter - Best for: funders whose ACH runs through ACHWorks or Actum, the gateways MCA Suite supported. Quote only.
  5. Fundara - Best for: broker shops that want someone else to rebuild the CRM and move the data. Quote only.

Is MCA Suite still active?

We can't say it has shut down, and we won't guess. Here is what its site shows:

  • The footer of mcasuite.com reads "Copyright © 2022".
  • The newest news post is "MCA Suite Version 2 Available Soon", dated May 20, 2024, which announced a v2 pilot from June 2024. Nothing on the site says whether v2 shipped.
  • That post listed "Direct integration with email providers such as Google and Microsoft" as upcoming, so native Gmail or Outlook sync in the current version is unconfirmed.
  • There's no pricing page, no trial, and no published security attestation.

The help desk and support portal are still online, and it publishes a support SLA (30-minute response and 4-hour resolution for urgent issues). If you're a current customer, ask them directly about v2 and the roadmap. If the answer is vague, that tells you something.

It's also worth being clear about what MCA Suite does well, so you don't lose it in a switch: payable and receivable commission tracking with scheduled vs. settled amounts, email submission groups by industry, disclosure fields for CA, VA and UT added in February 2023, and broker, investor and merchant portals.

Before you switch: get your data out

An older product makes the export the riskiest part of moving. MCA Suite gives you a few routes, per its help center and integrations page:

  • REST API (V1 and V2) for contacts, deals, transactions and deal balances, plus a deal-status webhook.
  • Dropbox backup of your data "for a nominal fee" (amount not stated).
  • A private Zapier app, invite-only, if you want new deals to flow somewhere else during a transition.

Pull a full backup before you sign anything new, and check it opens. Funders should export repayment history and syndicator balances, not only open deals. Brokers should keep commission receivable records, because those are the ones that cost money when they go missing.

Our pick if you used MCA Suite as a broker

1. Ferrylend

Ferrylend is a newer broker CRM that covers the broker half of MCA Suite and adds what MCA Suite's site doesn't describe. Where MCA Suite blasts a deal to a funder group, Ferrylend checks it against each lender's rules first and shows why each one passes or fails. It reads bank statements (AI on Pro, or $1.50 a statement on Core), stamps every page it sends, and keeps a proof-of-submission PDF. Commissions are tracked as expected vs. received, with lender commission statements matched to funded deals from a CSV. Renewals are grouped by paid-in percentage.

Pricing: $69/user/month (Core) or $99/user/month (Pro), month to month, no seat minimum. The $999 setup fee, which includes moving your data, is waived for workspaces created through December 31, 2026. Details are on ferrylend.com. No free trial; there's a demo workspace with sample deals (it asks for a work email) or a 30-minute call.

What it won't replace: MCA Suite's funder side. Ferrylend doesn't run payment schedules through a processor, keep a syndication ledger, or offer investor or broker portals. It has no SOC 2 report and, so far, no independent reviews we could find on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot. If you were relying on MCA Suite's published SLA, ask Ferrylend about support terms on the call.

If you used MCA Suite for both brokering and funding

2. Centrex

Centrex is the closest match in scope. It sells one platform to MCA brokers, funders and syndicates, with one-click multi-lender submissions, lender matchmaking, ACH servicing, syndication with a portal and waterfall payouts, a white-label client portal, an ISO portal and a merchant mobile app. Unlike MCA Suite, it shows clear signs of active development: monthly release notes ran through August 2026.

Watch for: no published price, billing per active user with an agreement minimum, and add-ons sold as monthly "enhancements". Its billing policy says your data is exported after your final payment and a signed cancellation form. Our Centrex alternatives guide covers the trade-offs.

If you used MCA Suite as a funder

3. MCA Track

MCA Track will feel familiar. It's MCA-only, has served funders since 2010, and compares scheduled with settled commission amounts, much as MCA Suite does. The big change is payments: instead of connecting to your processor, it has ACH built in through its sister company GoACH, with recurring debits, credits, splits and returns inside the same dashboard. It adds syndicator splits with ACH payouts, white-label portals for ISOs, merchants and syndicators, and a 145-permission role model.

Watch for: you're tied to GoACH, returned debits don't auto-retry, and syndicators can't be added to an advance once it has a renewal history. MCA Track says its onboarding team handles data migration.

4. OrgMeter

If you want to keep your current processor, OrgMeter lists ACHWorks and Actum among its payment integrations, alongside Clear ACH, Split, GoCardless and others. Both ACHWorks and Actum appear in MCA Suite's help center too. OrgMeter adds syndicator logins with two funding models, static pool and profit-forecast dashboards, and approval and funding ratios by ISO.

Watch for: its SaaS agreement sets a one-year term that auto-renews unless you give 60 days' notice, and says OrgMeter has no obligation to keep your data after termination. Having just worried about getting data out of one vendor, read that clause twice.

Our guide to merchant cash advance software for funders covers more servicing platforms, including Onyx IQ and LendSaaS.

Another option for brokers

5. Fundara

If the switch itself is the problem, Fundara does it for you. Its team builds a GoHighLevel-based CRM, loads every lender you have an agreement with for email shop-out, registers texting and imports your contacts, deals and documents. It says shops are live in 3 to 5 business days, month to month after launch, and you own the sub-account. It adds AI statement underwriting and per-rep document watermarking.

Watch for: the subscription price isn't published, and the CRM layer is GoHighLevel's.

Brokers who want direct funder APIs rather than email should also look at MCA Pilot and Cloudsquare Broker, both covered in our lender matching and deal submission guide.

How to choose

  • Ask for the release log. After a product that went quiet, the best predictor is recent change. Centrex publishes monthly release notes; Ferrylend has a public changelog; ask the others for theirs.
  • Split the decision if you're hybrid. One platform for both sides is convenient, but a funder system plus a separate broker CRM can fit better. Price both ways.
  • Protect commissions in the move. Carry over every receivable, with the funder and expected date, before you turn the old system off.

FAQ

Is MCA Suite still supported?

Its support portal is online, but the marketing site's footer says 2022 and the last news post (May 2024) announced a version 2 that the site never confirms shipped. Ask the company directly.

How much does MCA Suite cost?

It doesn't publish pricing. The only fee mentioned on the site is Dropbox data backup "for a nominal fee".

How do I export data from MCA Suite?

Through its REST API (contacts, deals, transactions, balances), its Dropbox backup option, or by asking support. Test the export before you commit to a new system.

Does MCA Suite do bank statement analysis?

No AI or statement parsing is described on its site. It integrates with DecisionLogic for bank verification and Microbilt for credit and balance checks.

Get the backup first, then shop. The rest of the decision is easier with your data already in hand.

Disclosure: Ferrylend is made by Digital Mundo, a separate company with the same owner as Gold Penguin. We rank it first, and we've kept its drawbacks in plain view.
