A funder's software has a harder job than a broker's CRM. It has to take ISO submissions in, decide, generate and sign contracts, then collect: daily or weekly ACH debits, NSF returns, syndicator payouts and the reports your capital partners ask for. Get the collections side wrong and the cost shows up in your returns, not just your workflow.

This roundup is for direct MCA funders, hybrid shops that both broker and fund, and syndicators choosing a servicing platform. If you only broker deals, our roundup of MCA CRMs for brokers and ISOs is the better starting point.

Our top pick to look at first is Ferrylend, for the origination side of a funding shop: intake, statement figures, offer math and a published per-user price. It does not service deals, so if you debit merchants or pay syndicators, you'll run it next to one of the servicing platforms ranked below it, or pick one of those on its own.

Here's the TLDR (checked October 24, 2026; none of the funder platforms publishes a price except LendingWise):

  1. Ferrylend (our pick): Best for the origination desk of a funder or hybrid shop, at $69 or $99/user/month. Not a servicing platform: no ACH, syndication or ISO portal, so funders who collect pair it with one of the platforms below.
  2. Centrex Software: Best for syndication depth and white-label everything, including waterfall payouts and investor wallets.
  3. LendSaaS: Best for state disclosure compliance and the widest choice of ACH processors and bank APIs.
  4. Onyx IQ: Best for automated intake and decisioning, plus collections with a backup processor. Lists SOC 2 Type II.
  5. Cloudsquare Lend: Best for funders who want servicing on Salesforce, with balance-aware ACH and an accounting subledger.
  6. MCA Track: Best for small and mid-size funders moving off spreadsheets, with ACH through its sister processor.
  7. OrgMeter: Best for syndicator reporting and processor choice. Read its contract terms first.
  8. LendingWise (Elite): Best for funders who also lend on real estate and want a published price ($1,595/month).

1. Ferrylend (origination, not servicing)

Ferrylend is a newer, broker-first CRM. We put it first for the origination desk, but it is not a fit for funder servicing. Its page for MCA funders says so directly: "The CRM does not debit merchants, run an ACH schedule or keep a syndication ledger." Servicing and syndication sit on its longer-term roadmap, and ISOs can't log in to submit deals yet.

What it does offer a funder is the origination side: lead and application intake, statement figures, offer math and a remittance ledger you enter or import from your processor, with servicing statuses from performing through default and paid off. That suits a hybrid shop's broker desk or a funder's in-house sales team, running next to a servicing platform from the rest of this list. Its plans are $69 and $99 per user per month, and it publishes an MCA CRM pricing comparison of its own. It has no independent reviews yet and no SOC 2 report. Our Ferrylend review and the Gold Penguin listing cover the broker side.

Pick it if you run a hybrid shop or an in-house sales desk and want intake, lender matching, offers and commissions at a published price, with servicing handled elsewhere. If you need one system that collects, pick from the platforms below instead.

2. Centrex Software

Centrex sells a white-label suite to brokers, funders and syndicates, with servicing and syndication as modules on top of its CRM. Its MCA servicing module calculates RTR and payments from the factor rate, locks pricing, and runs daily, weekly, bi-weekly or semi-monthly drafts, with "Four daily transaction status updates", auto NSF and auto-draft shut-off on certain return codes. Named processors include Cuttlefish, ACH Works, Actum, Authorize.net and NMI.

Syndication is the standout: a syndicate portal, daily syndicate emails, Exhibit A's sent for e-sign, batch ACH payouts, servicing-fee fields and an optional waterfall payout. Investor wallets run through Cuttlefish Payments. A Managed Data Cloud syncs your data to Snowflake every 15 minutes for Tableau or SQL reporting.

Limits: no published price; the billing policy charges for every user who logged in that month, plus an agreement minimum and add-on "enhancements". Payment batches run at a fixed 2:30 PM CST. Its SOC 2 mention belongs to its data center, not Centrex itself. Some integrations (ACH Works, DecisionLogic) are documented for the business loan file type only, so confirm they work on advances.

Pick it if you syndicate heavily and want your brand on the merchant app, client portal and ISO portal. Already on Centrex and looking around? See our Centrex alternatives.

3. LendSaaS

LendSaaS frames itself around operations that "touch money after 'Approved'". ISOs submit through a portal or a Submissions API, an Application Scanner parses their PDF apps, and offer links let ISOs pick an offer and generate contracts. Collections run daily through ACH and card processors, and syndication partners get wallets with automatic payouts and their own sign-in.

Compliance is its differentiator. The compliance pages describe state disclosure forms for CA, CT, FL, GA, KS, NY, UT and VA, an APR calculator, a California annual report export and a UCC filing workflow. Its integrations list 10 ACH processors and direct banking APIs with banks including Chase, TD and M&T. It self-reports "$6B Total Funded on LendSaaS as of Sep 2024".

Limits: no price, trial or setup-fee information, and no SOC 2 claim on the pages we read. The Receivabull integration for selling receivables is pre-registration only.

Pick it if you fund in disclosure states and want compliance tooling and processor choice in the same system as collections.

4. Onyx IQ

Onyx IQ is a loan management system for MCA funders. ISOs keep emailing your submissions inbox, and the email and attachments land in Onyx IQ for AI to read into a deal. No-code scorecards auto-approve or auto-decline, and up to six approval options go to the ISO's branded portal, where commissions and terms can be locked.

Servicing starts the moment a deal funds: "Automated daily ACH with retry logic", and "A backup processor keeps pulls running if one goes down." Failed debits go to a Payment Issues queue with automatic email and text to the merchant, and one click packages a file for a collection agency or law firm. Syndication covers participation percentages, payouts on funds actually received, virtual wallets and investor logins. It lists SOC 2 Type II, and its FAQ says teams can migrate data and configure core workflows within two weeks.

Limits: no published price or trial; its commercial lending edition is behind a waitlist, so only MCA is clearly live. E-sign messaging is mixed between its own SignIQ and a DocuSign integration.

Pick it if you receive a lot of ISO email and want decisions automated, with collections that keep running when a processor doesn't.

5. Cloudsquare Lend

Cloudsquare's funder product runs on Salesforce. Its platform page lists a decision engine (Experian credit, CLEAR background checks, DataMerch), contract generation and funding disbursements, "Balance-aware ACH (auto-pause on return)" that doesn't auto-retry, syndication with clawbacks, vintage and cohort analysis, and an "audit-ready" accounting subledger. Since August 2026 it also resells tri-merge and single-bureau credit pulls.

Limits: Lend is quote-only, you must license Salesforce yourself, implementation is a multi-phase project with no published fee, and the SaaS agreement auto-renews at list price with no mid-term seat reductions.

Pick it if you want broker and lender products from one vendor, or your team already lives in Salesforce.

6. MCA Track

MCA Track has served funders "since 2010" and builds ACH in through its sister processor, GoACH: debits, credits, splits and returns in the same dashboard. Advances move through nine statuses, from Open and Late through Collections, Legal and Settled, syndicators get participation, management fee and residual percentages per advance, and ISO credits run over ACH. A public user guide documents all of it, including a 145-permission role model.

Limits: no published price. On a return, "It does not retry on its own", and some returns can only be cleared by MCA Track support. Syndicators can't be added after a renewal history exists. Its AI underwriting add-on, MCA Verify, is early access only.

Pick it if you're a smaller funder who wants ACH and the CRM from one family and onboarding measured in days.

7. OrgMeter

OrgMeter lists seven payment integrations (ACHWorks, Actum, Split, GoCardless, Simple ACH, Zepto, Power ACH) plus Clear ACH, with alerts on insufficient funds and bounced payments. Syndication tracking shows repayment progress, profit forecasts and static pool data, with two syndicator models and control over what each syndicator sees, down to hiding the merchant name. ISO reporting covers approval and funding ratios by ISO.

Limits: its SaaS agreement sets a one-year term that auto-renews unless you give 60 days' notice, fees are non-refundable, and OrgMeter "may delete all Customer Data" after termination. Export before you leave.

Pick it if you want to choose your own ACH processor and give syndicators a tailored view.

8. LendingWise (Elite)

LendingWise is a real-estate-first CRM and loan origination system with MCA as a pre-built program. Its Elite plan ($1,595/month, 20 users) adds loan servicing, and its business funding page says you can "Set up automatic ACH repayment schedules, including daily or weekly debits for MCA products." Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. MCA-specific statement underwriting and syndication splits are not published.

Pick it if you fund MCA alongside bridge, DSCR or other real estate loans and want one system at a published price.

MCA Suite: check its status first

MCA Suite covers payment tracking through processors, syndication with an investor portal, and disclosure fields for CA, VA and UT. Its site looks dormant, though: the footer reads copyright 2022 and the latest news post (May 2024) announced a version 2 pilot with no follow-up. Confirm the product's status on a demo before you plan around it.

Underwriting add-ons

Several funders pair a servicing platform with a separate statement reader. Ocrolus (price not published) parses ISO submission packages and bank statements into cash flow data. MoneyThumb starts at $599.95 per year and adds PDF fraud checks. Heron Data reads submission inboxes and lists integrations with LendSaaS, OrgMeter and Centrex. LendSaaS and Onyx IQ list MoneyThumb and DecisionLogic integrations.

How to choose

  • Start with your processor. If you're committed to one ACH processor, check it's on the vendor's list. If you want redundancy, Onyx IQ's backup processor is the only one documented here.
  • Ask what happens on a return. Onyx IQ retries; Cloudsquare pauses and MCA Track may lock the schedule, and neither retries. Neither approach is wrong, but it should match your collections policy.
  • Map your syndication model. Waterfalls (Centrex), clawbacks (Cloudsquare), payouts only on funds received (Onyx IQ) and hidden merchant names (OrgMeter) are each documented by one vendor. Bring a real deal to the demo.
  • Check disclosure coverage against the states you fund in. LendSaaS publishes the most detail.
  • Read the contract. Term length, auto-renewal, seat reductions and data export on exit vary more than features do.

How we put this list together

Every fact comes from the vendor's own site, help center or contract, read on October 24, 2026. We haven't run collections on any of these platforms, and none publishes prices except LendingWise and Ferrylend.

FAQ

What is MCA servicing software?

Software that collects on funded advances: payment schedules, ACH debits through a processor, NSF and return handling, balances, payoff letters and syndicator payouts. Most funder platforms bundle it with origination and underwriting.

How much does merchant cash advance software cost?

Most funder platforms quote by demo. Centrex bills per active user per month, and MCA Track says purpose-built platforms are "typically priced based on portfolio size or active deals". LendingWise is the published exception at $1,595 per month for its Elite plan with servicing.

Which MCA software has SOC 2?

Onyx IQ lists SOC 2 Type II. Centrex's SOC 2 mention refers to its data center. We found no SOC 2 claim on LendSaaS, MCA Track or OrgMeter's pages, and Ferrylend says it has none. Ask each vendor for the report itself.

Can a broker CRM handle MCA servicing?

Usually not. Broker CRMs like Ferrylend, MCA Pilot and NextLevel MCA don't debit merchants or pay syndicators. Centrex and Cloudsquare are the main vendors selling both sides.

What's the best MCA software for syndication?

Centrex documents the most syndication features, including waterfall payouts and investor wallets. Onyx IQ and LendSaaS both offer wallets with investor logins, and OrgMeter is strongest on syndicator reporting.

Shortlist two or three by processor and syndication model, then run one of your own funded deals, including a return, through each demo.

Disclosure: Ferrylend is made by Digital Mundo, a separate company with the same owner as Gold Penguin. We rank it first, and we've kept its drawbacks in plain view.
