MCA Track Alternatives for Brokers and Funders

MCA Track is a funder platform. Its homepage title says so: "Merchant Cash Advance Software & CRM for Funders". It has served MCA funders since 2010 and bundles leads, underwriting checklists, advances, renewals, syndicator payouts, ISO commissions and portals, with ACH built in through its sister processor, GoACH. ISOs and brokers use it too, but as logins inside a funder's account.

People leave a platform like this for specific reasons, so this guide is organised by reason. Find yours, and you'll find the alternatives that fix it. If you're a broker or ISO on a funder's MCA Track login, our top pick is Ferrylend, because it gives your shop its own CRM with lender matching and multi-lender submissions at a published price; funders leaving MCA Track should start with the platforms under reasons 2 to 5. All facts were read on each vendor's site on October 24, 2026.

Here's the TLDR:

  1. Ferrylend (our pick): Best for brokers and ISOs who need their own CRM, not a login in a funder's. $69 or $99/user/month. Not a funder platform: no ACH or syndication.
  2. OrgMeter - Best for: funders who want to choose their own ACH processor. Quote only.
  3. Onyx IQ - Best for: funders who want failed debits retried and a backup processor. Quote only.
  4. LendSaaS - Best for: funders who want statement parsing and state disclosure tooling live today. Quote only.
  5. Centrex - Best for: funders with complex syndication (waterfalls, investor wallets). Quote only.
  6. NextLevel MCA - Best for: broker shops that want texting and calling with lender scoring. From $597/month for up to 2 users.

What MCA Track does well

Before the reasons to leave, the reasons to stay. MCA Track publishes a full user guide in English and Spanish, which few competitors do. Custom roles are built from 145 permissions. It says most customers are up and running "within days", with migration handled by its team. GoACH is pitched as "no reserves, no volume caps". And it supports Zapier and API access for AI assistants. If none of the reasons below apply to you, staying may be the right call.

Ferrylend and NextLevel MCA publish prices; none of the funder platforms below do. MCA Track doesn't either; its FAQ says platforms like it are "typically priced based on portfolio size or active deals".

Reason 1: you're a broker, not a funder

If a funder gave you an MCA Track login, you've seen its ISO view: you can work leads up to the Application stage unless the funder lets you go further. That's a portal into one funder, not a CRM for your shop. A broker needs to match one deal to many funders, submit, compare offers and chase commissions. Ferrylend is our pick; NextLevel MCA is the other option:

Ferrylend (our pick for brokers)

Ferrylend is a newer broker CRM. Its lender matching checks each deal against every lender's rules and explains every result; submissions go out stamped, with a proof-of-submission PDF; offers compare side by side with your commission; and lender commission statements are matched to funded deals. See what it does for ISO shops.

Pricing: Ferrylend's pricing page lists Core at $69/user/month and Pro at $99/user/month, no seat minimum, month to month, with the $999 setup fee waived for workspaces created through December 31, 2026. No free trial; a sample-data demo asks for a work email.

Pick it if: you place deals with many funders and want lender fit, submissions, offers and commissions on one deal record at a price you can see before a call.

Limits: it is not an MCA Track replacement for a funder. It doesn't debit merchants, run ACH or keep a syndication ledger, and it has no ISO portal. It has no dialer or SMS yet (listed as coming soon), no SOC 2 report, and no independent reviews on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot as of October 2026.

NextLevel MCA

NextLevel MCA pairs an MCA deal desk with a GoHighLevel sub-account for texting, calling and email. It scores every lender from 0 to 100 with a "Why this score?" breakdown, submits by email or supported lender APIs, and tracks commission splits, manager overrides and renewal flags. Plans on its pricing page run $597/month for up to 2 users, $747 for up to 6 and $1,197 for up to 12, with a 14-day trial and usage charges on top.

Reason 2: you want a choice of ACH processor

MCA Track's ACH runs through GoACH, which is built directly into the platform and sits under the same parent company. That's convenient until you want a different processor, better rates elsewhere, or a second processor as backup.

OrgMeter

OrgMeter lets you manage payment rules from one screen without logging into processor portals, with alerts for insufficient funds, late payments and bounces. Its integrations page lists ACHWorks, Actum, Split, GoCardless, Simple ACH, Zepto and Power ACH, and its payments page mentions Clear ACH. It also has syndicator logins, ISO performance reporting and commission tracking with tiered structures.

Watch for: a one-year initial term that auto-renews unless you give 60 days' notice, non-refundable fees, and an agreement that says OrgMeter may delete your data after termination.

LendSaaS

LendSaaS lists ten ACH processors (Carmel Solutions, Payliance, ACHWorks, Actum, USIO and others) and direct banking APIs with eleven banks on its integrations page, plus credit card processors for collections. See reason 4 for its other strengths, and our LendSaaS alternatives for its weak spots.

Reason 3: failed debits take too much manual work

MCA Track's ACH guide is candid: on a return, "the day's payment is reversed, admins are notified, and the schedule may be locked so it stops running. It does not retry on its own ... some returns can only be cleared by MCA Track support."

Onyx IQ

Onyx IQ is built around the opposite approach. Its servicing page describes "automated daily ACH with retry logic" and a backup processor that "keeps pulls running if one goes down". Failed debits go to a Payment Issues queue that emails and texts the merchant automatically, then into recovery workflows, and one click packages the file for a collection agency or law firm. It also lists SOC 2 Type II, which MCA Track doesn't claim.

Watch for: MCA only for now (commercial lending is on a waitlist), and onboarding is quoted at about two weeks against MCA Track's "within days". More in our Onyx IQ alternatives.

Reason 4: you want AI underwriting today, not on a roadmap

MCA Verify, MCA Track's AI bank statement and stacking tool, is "Request Early Access". Its first release covers the decision phase, with offer generation, contracts, credit and KYC integrations, risk scoring and an ISO self-service portal listed as planned. Two platforms describe these features as live now:

  • LendSaaS describes bank statement parsing that flags NSFs, cash advances and alt-lender payments, rule-based automated underwriting, and an application scanner that turns an ISO's PDF into an app. Its compliance tooling adds state disclosures for eight states and UCC filing.
  • Onyx IQ reads ISO submission emails and attachments into deals with AI, then runs no-code scorecards that auto-approve or auto-decline and notify the ISO.

Reason 5: your syndication has outgrown the rules

MCA Track handles syndicator participation, fees and ACH payouts well, but its syndication guide sets one hard rule: "A brand-new syndicator must be added before any renewal is processed; once a renewal history exists you cannot add one."

Centrex

Centrex's syndication module covers a syndicate portal, daily syndicate emails, Exhibit A's sent for e-sign, auto or manual payouts by batch ACH, servicing-fee and override fields, and an optional waterfall payout. Investor wallets run through Cuttlefish Payments, and it integrates with the Supervest syndication network as a source of capital. It also names five payment processors, so it answers reason 2 as well.

Watch for: no published pricing, per-active-user billing with an agreement minimum, add-ons sold as "enhancements", and fixed 2:30 PM CST payment batches.

Funders comparing all of these in depth should read our merchant cash advance software roundup.

How to choose

Write down the one thing that made you search for MCA Track alternatives. If it's on the table above, start with the platform listed next to it. If you have two reasons, pick the vendor that answers both: Centrex covers processor choice and syndication, Onyx IQ covers failed debits and AI intake. Ask each one to walk a returned payment and a renewal with a new syndicator through the demo.

If you're moving off an older MCA-only platform at the same time, our MCA Suite alternatives piece has a section on getting your data out first.

FAQ

How much does MCA Track cost?

MCA Track doesn't publish prices. Its demo form asks for your monthly funding volume, which suggests volume-based quotes, though it doesn't say so outright.

Can I use my own ACH processor with MCA Track?

The pages we read only describe GoACH, its sister processor. If you need a different one, ask MCA Track directly, or look at OrgMeter, LendSaaS or Centrex, which list several.

Is MCA Track good for brokers?

It's built for funders. Brokers and ISOs get logins inside a funder's account, but no outbound multi-funder submission or lender matching. For a broker shop, Ferrylend is the one we'd look at first.

Is MCA Verify available?

Only as early access as of October 2026. MCA Track says the first release covers the decision phase, with more features planned.

MCA Track's documentation is good enough that you can check most of this yourself. Read its guide on the feature that bothers you, then ask the alternative to show the same workflow live.

Disclosure: Ferrylend is made by Digital Mundo, a separate company with the same owner as Gold Penguin. We rank it first, and we've kept its drawbacks in plain view.
