Ferrylend Review: An MCA CRM Built for Brokers
Reading Time: 11 minutes
Ferrylend is a web CRM for merchant cash advance (MCA) brokers, ISOs and business-funding shops. It's a newer product, so if you're searching for it you probably want to know what it does, what it costs, and whether a product that new is worth the switch.
Short answer: Ferrylend is our top pick for MCA broker and ISO shops, because it puts lender matching, submissions, offers and commissions on one deal record at a published per-user price. It is not the pick for funders who collect on deals.
This review is written from the outside: we read ferrylend.com's public pages and clicked through the sample-data tour on its homepage. We haven't run it in production, so there's no star rating here.
Here's the TLDR (prices checked October 24, 2026):
- Verdict: our pick for MCA broker and ISO shops. It's the CRM we'd look at first if you place deals rather than collect on them.
- What it is: a CRM for MCA brokers and ISOs that keeps statements, lender matching, submissions, offers, commissions and renewals on one deal record.
- Price: Core $69 and Pro $99 per user per month, or $59 and $84 billed annually. A $999 setup fee is waived for workspaces created through December 31, 2026. No seat minimum, month to month.
- Best for: broker and ISO shops that want published per-user pricing and their daily deal work in one place.
- Not for: funders who need ACH collections, servicing or a syndication ledger. Ferrylend says plainly it doesn't do those.
- Biggest caveat: it's newer. We found no reviews on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot as of October 2026, and several features (dialer, SMS, bank connect, lender APIs) are on the roadmap, not live.

What Ferrylend does
The pitch on Ferrylend's homepage is a deal record that follows a merchant from lead to renewal. Here's what that covers today, going by its feature pages.
- Leads: CSV or Excel import with saved presets per lead vendor, duplicate detection and round-robin assignment, plus statuses, attempt counts and lead-source tracking.
- Application link: a public form reps can send. Bank statements are optional (up to six), so a merchant can apply now and send them later, and the merchant e-signs the application through a Ferrylend link on every plan.
- Pipeline: 22 statuses in five phases, stips and underwriting notes, with programs for MCA, loans, lines of credit, factoring, SBA and equipment.
- Bank statements: a monthly grid per account (deposits, ADB, NSFs, negative days) with true revenue and holdback. Typing figures in works on any plan; AI reading of PDFs is in Pro or $1.50 per statement.
- Lender matching: each lender's programs get rules marked hard, soft or informational across 27 metrics. Every deal is scored Eligible, Eligible with warnings, Needs data or Ineligible, with the reason shown. Included in every plan.
- Submissions: per-lender email templates sent from Ferrylend, from your own mail client, or by "portal assist" for lender portals. Every PDF page is stamped, and a proof-of-submission PDF records what was sent.
- Offers and commissions: offer math (payback, factor, payments, holdback, your commission) with side-by-side comparison; commissions tracked expected versus received, with splits, clawbacks and lender statement CSV matching.
- Renewals: paid-in percentage from a remittance ledger and a list of merchants eligible now or soon. Automatic renewal deals are Pro only.
The page aimed at MCA brokers frames all of this around the broker's day: it's built for the people who place deals, not the people who collect on them.
What we saw in the homepage sample-data tour
Ferrylend's homepage has a short clickable tour of the workspace filled with sample data. In the sample-data tour on Ferrylend's homepage:
- The sample deal, "Harbor Street Bakery LLC" ($60,000 requested, 2nd position), has tabs for Overview, Statements, Matching, Submissions and Offers.
- The Statements tab reads three bank statements and a processor statement, shows true revenue next to deposits, and flags a detected existing position (a daily ACH debit).
- The Matching tab checks the deal against five lenders and gives a plain-English reason for each miss, such as "Credit 610, program minimum 620" or "Does not fund in New York".
- The Offers view puts two offers side by side, each with factor, payback, payment and "Your commission", plus a combined-holdback warning.
- The funded view shows a paid-back progress bar and "Renewal eligible at 50% paid".
The matching reasons are the most useful thing in the tour. How well that holds up with your own lender panel depends on how carefully you enter each lender's rules.
There's also a fuller live demo with its own sample workspace: no signup, but it asks for a work email to start. We didn't enter it for this review.
Ferrylend pricing in full
Everything below is from Ferrylend's pricing page, checked October 24, 2026. Prices are in USD, per user per month.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $69/user/mo | $59/user/mo | Leads, pipeline, lender matching, stamped submissions, offer comparison, application link and e-signature, commissions, renewals list |
| Pro | $99/user/mo | $84/user/mo | Core plus advanced reports, renewal automation, AI statement parsing (25 a month), Gmail sending, and e-sign through your own BoldSign account (beta; DocuSign coming soon) |
Setup fee: $999 per workspace, one time, waived for workspaces created through December 31, 2026 (the FAQ says such a workspace never pays it, even if it subscribes later). Migration from your current CRM is included in setup.
Add-ons (optional on either plan):
- AI statement parsing: $1.50 per statement, billed monthly for what you use (Pro includes 25 a month)
- E-sign: $39/mo on Core (included in Pro); envelopes count against your own e-sign plan
- Advanced reports: $49/mo on Core (included in Pro)
- Email campaigns: $29/mo with 5,000 emails a month, then $0.80 per 1,000
- Bring your own storage (Cloudflare R2): $199/mo, plus Cloudflare's own storage bill
- Hands-on training: $750 one time
The pricing page doesn't say whether the monthly add-ons are charged per workspace or per user, so ask before you add them to a big team.
What a five-rep shop would pay (our arithmetic from the list prices, not a quote): Core is $345 a month billed monthly, or $295 a month on annual billing ($3,540 a year). Pro is $495 a month, or $420 a month on annual ($5,040 a year). Pro costs $30 more per user per month on monthly billing; on Core, e-sign and advanced reports are add-ons instead, so price both ways for your headcount.
There's no free trial. In its place you get the sample-data demo, a booked 30-minute call, and month-to-month billing.
What's live and what's coming soon
Ferrylend keeps a public roadmap and says items move to the changelog when they ship. Buy on what's live today, not on the list.
| Live now | Beta | Coming soon or planned |
|---|---|---|
| Everything in the feature list above, Gmail sending (Pro, since October 21), email campaigns, website intake and full data export | E-sign through BoldSign; Kixie integration (on request) | Outlook sending, DocuSign, dialer, SMS, bank connect, compliance pack, API and Zapier, lender API network, credit reports, ISO partner logins, ACH servicing and syndication |
The pricing page says coming features are "Not sold until they ship". If a dialer, SMS or lender API submissions are must-haves today, Ferrylend doesn't have them yet.
Security and data handling
The security page is specific, including about what's missing. SSNs and bank account numbers are encrypted under each organization's own key and shown masked, two-factor sign-in is available, and owners can export everything even after cancelling.
The same page says there's no SOC 2 report, no SSO and no third-party penetration test yet. If your capital partners require SOC 2 or SSO, that rules it out for now.
Who should buy Ferrylend
- Small and mid-size MCA broker or ISO shops that want to see the price before talking to sales and don't want a Salesforce license underneath their CRM.
- Shops whose pain is lender fit and submissions: matching with reasons, stamped packages and offer math with your commission.
- Multi-product brokers who want MCA, term loans, SBA and equipment in one pipeline.
Who shouldn't
- Funders that collect on deals. Its page for funders says "The CRM does not debit merchants, run an ACH schedule or keep a syndication ledger." Centrex, LendSaaS and Onyx IQ all document servicing and syndication.
- Shops that live on a dialer or SMS. Neither is built in yet.
- Funders with an ISO channel that need partners to log in and submit. "Can ISOs log in and submit deals? Not yet."
- Buyers who need a long track record, SOC 2, SSO or a public API today.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Published per-user pricing (Core $69, Pro $99 a month), no seat minimum, month to month.
- Lender matching with a plain-English reason for every pass or fail, included in every plan.
- Stamped submission packages with a proof-of-submission PDF.
- Offer math that shows your commission, plus commission tracking with lender statement CSV matching.
- MCA, term loans, lines of credit, SBA, equipment and factoring in one pipeline.
- A security page that says what's missing as well as what's there, and full data export even after cancelling.
Cons
- Newer product, so it has no independent reviews yet.
- No built-in dialer or SMS, no bank connect and no lender API connectors yet; all are coming soon, not live.
- No ACH collections, servicing or syndication ledger, so funders that collect need another platform.
- No SOC 2 report, SSO or public API today.
- No free trial; the $999 setup fee applies to workspaces created after December 31, 2026.
The honest limits
The main one is age. Ferrylend is newer, and we found no G2, Capterra or Trustpilot reviews as of October 2026, nor a public customer list. You're judging it on its pages, the demo and a call with the team.
Beyond that: no lender API submissions yet, Gmail-only sending (on Pro), no credit pull, UCC search or DataMerch integration, and no automated state disclosures until the compliance pack ships. The homepage also notes that documents, signed contracts and servicing history usually stay in your old system after migration.
How it compares
For brokers, the closest rivals are Centrex (a broader suite with no published prices) and Cloudsquare Broker (from $75 per user per month plus a separate Salesforce license). We rank all of them by shop type in our guide to the best MCA CRM software, and if you're leaving Centrex specifically, see our roundup of Centrex alternatives.

FAQ
How much does Ferrylend cost?
Core is $69 per user per month ($59 billed annually) and Pro is $99 per user per month ($84 billed annually), as of October 24, 2026. There's a $999 one-time setup fee per workspace, waived for workspaces created through December 31, 2026. Add-ons range from $29/mo for email campaigns to $199/mo for your own storage.
Does Ferrylend have a free trial?
No. It offers a free live demo with sample data (no signup, but it asks for a work email to start) and a booked 30-minute demo call. Plans are month to month unless you choose annual billing.
Is Ferrylend legit?
It's a real product from Digital Mundo LLC (a separate company with the same owner as Gold Penguin), with published pricing and a public changelog. It has no independent reviews yet, so judge it on the demo.
Can MCA funders use Ferrylend?
For origination, yes, plus a remittance ledger you fill in by hand or CSV. It doesn't debit merchants, run ACH or keep a syndication ledger, so a funder that collects needs a servicing platform too.
Our verdict: for a broker or ISO shop that wants the price up front and its deals, lenders and commissions in one place, Ferrylend is our top pick, and the sample-data demo is the place to start. If you fund and collect, start with a servicing platform such as Centrex, LendSaaS or Onyx IQ instead.
Disclosure: Ferrylend is made by Digital Mundo, a separate company with the same owner as Gold Penguin. We rank it first, and we've kept its drawbacks in plain view.
