MCA CRM Pricing Compared: What Each Platform Costs

Most MCA software vendors don't publish a price. That makes "how much does an MCA CRM cost?" hard to answer from a search result, and it means a lot of shops sit through three demos before they know whether a platform is even in budget.

This page collects every published price we could find for MCA and broker CRMs (plus the general CRMs brokers often use instead), shows the billing unit each one uses, works out what a five-person shop pays per month, and lists the platforms that are quote-only. We don't guess at quote-only prices. All prices are list prices from each vendor's own site, checked October 24, 2026.

Our pick for most broker shops is Ferrylend, because it publishes a per-user price with no seat minimum and month-to-month billing, so a small team knows the number before any demo.

Here's the TLDR (prices checked October 24, 2026):

  1. Ferrylend (our pick): Best for broker shops that want a published price. Core is $69 and Pro $99 per user per month, no seat minimum, with the $999 setup fee waived for workspaces created through December 31, 2026. It's newer, with no independent reviews yet, and doesn't do funder servicing, ACH or syndication.
  2. Billing units differ more than prices do. Some MCA CRMs charge per user (Ferrylend, Cloudsquare Broker, ConvergeHub), some per plan with a user band (LendingWise, NextLevel MCA), and one a base fee plus seats (MCA Pilot).
  3. For five users on monthly billing, published MCA and broker CRM prices run from $345/month (Ferrylend Core) to $895/month (MCA Pilot), before add-ons and usage. ConvergeHub's general CRM is lower, but its lending edition isn't priced.
  4. Cloudsquare Broker is $75/user/month plus a Salesforce license you buy separately.
  5. Quote-only: Centrex, LendSaaS, Onyx IQ, MCA Track, OrgMeter, MCA Suite, Specter Systems, Fundara, Cloudsquare Lend and Lendflow.
  6. General CRMs are cheaper per seat (from free to about $100/user/month) but you build the MCA workflow yourself, and HubSpot Professional adds a required $1,500 onboarding fee.

Notes on each, from the vendors' pricing pages:

  • Ferrylend (current plans and add-ons): no seat minimum, month to month unless you choose annual. Add-ons are optional: AI statement parsing at $1.50 per statement (25 a month included in Pro), e-sign $39/mo (included in Pro), advanced reports $49/mo (included in Pro), email campaigns $29/mo and hands-on training $750 one-time. There's no free trial. Keep in mind what the price doesn't buy: Ferrylend is newer, so it has no reviews yet on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot, has no SOC 2 report, and does no ACH servicing, syndication or merchant debits, so it isn't a like-for-like price against funder platforms such as Centrex. Dialer, SMS and bank connect are listed as coming soon, not sold yet.
  • MCA Pilot (pricing): one plan, "no feature tiers, no add-ons, no hidden fees". Yearly is $415/month billed annually, a 12-month commitment; yearly per-seat rates aren't shown. SMS and some e-sign workflows use your own provider accounts.
  • NextLevel MCA (pricing): bank-statement analysis is included. Calling, texting, email and AI usage are billed on top through the included GoHighLevel account, for example $0.0175 per outbound call minute and $0.0104 per SMS segment on its usage page. Annual billing gives "two months free".
  • LendingWise (pricing): prices are per plan, not per user, and no price is published for extra users beyond each plan's count. Month to month, with discounted quarterly or annual options.
  • Cloudsquare Broker (source): "starts at $75 per user, per month. You must purchase your Salesforce license separately." Cloudsquare doesn't say which Salesforce edition you need. Another Cloudsquare post says it "doesn't publish flat pricing publicly", so expect a scoping call.
  • ConvergeHub (pricing): these are the general CRM's prices. The Alternative Lending (MCA) Edition has no separate published price, and its FAQ describes billing as quarterly or annual. You pay for every seat you buy, active or not.

What a five-person shop pays per month

Here's the arithmetic for five users from each published list price. These aren't quotes, and they leave out usage charges, add-ons and taxes.

Platform and planMonthly billingAnnual billing (per month)What's not included
Ferrylend Core$345$295$999 setup if the workspace is created after Dec 31, 2026
Ferrylend Pro$495$420Same
LendingWise Pro$600Discount not publishedMigration fee if needed
NextLevel MCA Growth (up to 6 users)$747Not printed (toggle only)Calls, SMS, email and AI usage
MCA Pilot$895 ($499 + 4 x $99)Yearly seat rates not shownYour own SMS provider
Cloudsquare Broker$375 + SalesforceNot publishedFive Salesforce licenses, implementation
ConvergeHub Professional (generic CRM)$225$145Lending edition price not published

Two things stand out. First, team-band pricing hurts small teams and helps growing ones: NextLevel MCA costs the same $747 for three users or six, and LendingWise's Pro is $600 whether you use two seats or five. Second, Cloudsquare's real total depends on Salesforce. Salesforce's own list prices start at $25/user/month (Starter Suite) and $100/user/month (Pro Suite, billed annually), which would add $125 or $500 a month for five people if either edition were enough. Cloudsquare doesn't say which one is, so ask.

Over a first year on monthly billing, five Ferrylend Core seats come to $4,140 for a workspace created by December 31, 2026, or $5,139 with the setup fee after that. Our Ferrylend review covers what's in each plan and what's still on the roadmap.

Quote-only MCA platforms

These publish no price. Where a vendor explains how it bills, we've noted it.

  • Centrex Software: no price list. Its billing policy says you're billed monthly in arrears for "every user that has logged into the system at least once for the prior month", with an account minimum "per agreement", and add-ons billed as monthly "enhancement" fees. A price on its consulting page is identical across three packages with identical features and looks like a template placeholder, not a CRM price. A competitor, Cloudsquare, publishes a per-user range for Centrex citing third-party sources; Centrex doesn't confirm it, so we don't repeat it. See our Centrex alternatives for platforms that publish prices.
  • LendSaaS: no pricing, trial or setup-fee information; demo only.
  • Onyx IQ: no pricing or trial; it says it passes through ACH, credit and background-check partners "often at volume pricing below retail".
  • MCA Track: no figures. Its FAQ says purpose-built MCA platforms are "typically priced based on portfolio size or active deals", and its demo form asks for monthly volume.
  • OrgMeter: no pricing. Its SaaS agreement sets a one-year term that auto-renews unless you give 60 days' notice.
  • MCA Suite: no pricing. The site looks dormant (copyright 2022, last news post May 2024), so confirm the product's status first.
  • Specter Systems: seat plans named but unpriced; "Seats require an Enterprise account". No trial.
  • Fundara: subscription and build-out fee not published; month to month after launch, texting at carrier cost.
  • Cloudsquare Lend (the funder product) and Lendflow: quote-only.

General CRMs: what five seats cost

General CRMs publish prices, which is why they often win the first budget conversation. None of them includes lender matching, submissions or bank-statement analysis; you'd configure stages and fields yourself. Five-seat arithmetic from list prices:

CRM and planPer seat (Oct 24, 2026)Five seats per monthNotes
HubSpot Sales Hub Professional$90 (annual)$450Plus required $1,500 onboarding; Free covers 2 users
Salesforce Pro Suite$100 (annual)$500Starter Suite is $25, monthly or annual
Pipedrive Growth$39 (annual)$195Monthly billing costs more
Zoho CRM Professional$23 annual / $35 monthly$115 / $175Free edition for 3 users
Close Growth$99 annual / $109 monthly$495 / $545Call minutes and SMS billed on top
monday CRM Pro$28 annual / $41 monthly$140 / $2053-seat minimum

HubSpot's Starter page showed $7/seat/month on annual billing with a $20 list price struck through; it doesn't say how long the $7 price lasts. For a year one comparison, five HubSpot Professional seats come to $6,900 with onboarding. The hidden cost with any general CRM is the setup time or consultant needed to model lenders, submissions and commissions.

Costs that don't show up on pricing pages

  • Usage: calls, SMS and email on GoHighLevel-based tools; Twilio segments on Centrex's SMS; per-statement AI parsing.
  • Second licenses: Salesforce under Cloudsquare.
  • Onboarding and migration: HubSpot's required fees, LendingWise's migration fee, Ferrylend's setup fee after 2026.
  • Seat rules: Centrex bills users who logged in; ConvergeHub bills every purchased seat; monday CRM starts at 3 seats.
  • Contract terms: annual commitments, auto-renewals and data-export conditions on exit.

For which platform fits which shop, not only which is cheapest, see our best MCA CRM roundup or the CRMs for business loan brokers guide. Ferrylend also keeps its own side-by-side price table, which is worth cross-checking against the vendors' pages since it's a competitor's view.
