ConvergeHub Alternatives for MCA and Lending Teams

ConvergeHub is a general small-business CRM with sales, marketing, service and billing modules. It also sells an "Alternative Lending Edition", sometimes called the MCA Edition, pre-configured for merchant cash advance lenders and brokers. That makes it a middle ground: cheaper and broader than a lending platform, more lending-flavoured than a plain CRM.

The middle ground is also why people look elsewhere. Some want more lending tools, some want a simpler general CRM, and a few small funders want real servicing. This guide covers all three, using facts from each vendor's own site, read October 24, 2026. Our top alternative is Ferrylend, because it adds the lender matching, submissions and commission tracking ConvergeHub lacks, at a published per-user price.

Here's the TLDR (prices checked October 24, 2026):

  1. Ferrylend (our pick) - Best for: MCA and business-loan brokers who want lender matching, submissions and commissions at a published price. $69 or $99/user/month. No built-in dialer or SMS yet (coming soon).
  2. Close - Best for: phone-heavy broker teams that want a dialer, SMS and email in one general CRM. From $35/user/month billed annually.
  3. Zoho CRM - Best for: tight budgets. Free for 3 users; paid from $14/user/month billed annually.
  4. MCA Pilot - Best for: MCA shops submitting to API-connected funders. $499/month base plus $99/user.
  5. NextLevel MCA - Best for: shops that want ConvergeHub-style texting and calling plus MCA lender scoring. From $597/month for up to 2 users.
  6. Pipedrive - Best for: small teams that want a simple visual pipeline and a no-card trial. From $14/seat/month billed annually.
  7. MCA Track - Best for: small funders who need real ACH servicing, which ConvergeHub doesn't do. Quote only.

Why people look for ConvergeHub alternatives

ConvergeHub's general plans are clearly priced. Its pricing page lists Professional at $29, Premium at $45 and Enterprise at $59 per user per month billed annually ($45, $65 and $85 billed monthly), with a 14-day trial and no card. The lending edition is where it gets murky. From its Alternative Lending page:

  • You can't trial the lending edition. The FAQ says a free trial "is not available" for it, and any trial you start "will be the generic CRM".
  • Its price isn't published. The site doesn't say what the lending edition costs or which plan it maps to.
  • Billing terms conflict. The pricing page shows a monthly option; the lending FAQ calls it "a pay-as-you-go subscription-based service (quarterly or annual)".
  • You pay for idle seats. You're "charged for the total number of user licenses that you buy, irrespective of whether the user is active or inactive."
  • No lender submission or matching. Lenders and brokers are contacts. Nothing describes one-click submission to several funders or matching a deal to lender criteria.
  • "Collections" means reminders. The MCA page's "Renewal and Collections Tracking" is billing reminders, not ACH debits, and there's no syndication.

One more thing to ask about: its login page splits "Classic login (Joined before Sep 01, 2026)" from a "Current login", which suggests a new platform version launched in September 2026. The site doesn't explain the difference.

In fairness, ConvergeHub does a lot for the money. Two-way SMS, calling, voice drop and drip email are on the plans; Experian, DecisionLogic and MoneyThumb integrations attach credit and bank data to the lead; and there are iOS and Android apps. Any alternative should be judged against that.

What five users cost

Our arithmetic from each vendor's published list prices, not quotes. "Annual" means billed annually.

Lending-specific or general: decide first

If your reps spend their day finding the right funder, packaging files and chasing offers, a lending CRM saves that time. If they spend it on the phone and the funder side is simple, a general CRM with a good dialer may serve you better and cost less. ConvergeHub sits between the two, which is fine until one side starts to matter more.

Lending-specific alternatives

Ferrylend

Ferrylend is a broker CRM for MCA and business-funding shops. Like ConvergeHub's lending edition it covers more than MCA, with loans, lines of credit, SBA, equipment and factoring in one pipeline (see Ferrylend for business loan brokers). Where it goes further is the funder work: rule-based lender matching with a reason for every result, stamped multi-lender submissions with a proof-of-submission PDF, an offer calculator that shows your commission, commission tracking matched against lender statements, and renewals by paid-in percentage.

Pricing: Core $69/user/month and Pro $99/user/month, or $59 and $84 billed annually. Month to month, no seat minimum. A $999 setup fee is waived for workspaces created through December 31, 2026. There's no free trial, which puts it level with ConvergeHub's lending edition on that point; there is a sample-data demo that asks for a work email. Ferrylend publishes a side-by-side of MCA CRM prices on its site.

Where ConvergeHub is ahead: calling and SMS. Ferrylend has no built-in dialer or texting yet (both listed as coming soon); you call through your own phone or softphone via call links, and its Kixie integration is in beta. It has no native mobile app, no marketing or service desk modules, or SOC 2 report. Ferrylend is also newer, so we found no reviews on G2, Capterra or Trustpilot yet. More in our Ferrylend review and Gold Penguin's Ferrylend listing.

MCA Pilot

MCA Pilot is MCA-only and built around 20 direct funder API integrations, with AI that reads bank statements, ranks funders and turns funder replies into offers. It's a big step up in price from ConvergeHub ($499/month base, $99 per added user) but has no feature tiers or add-ons. 15-day trial, card required.

NextLevel MCA

If you like having SMS and calling in the CRM, NextLevel MCA keeps that through a GoHighLevel sub-account and adds MCA records, 0 to 100 lender scoring, submissions, a merchant portal and commission splits. Plans are priced by team size ($597 for up to 2 users, $747 for up to 6), with no setup fee and usage billed on top.

General CRM alternatives

None of these know what a funder or a factor rate is. You'd build the stages and fields yourself, as you may have already in ConvergeHub.

Close

Close is the pick for teams that live on the phone. Calling, SMS and email are built in from Essentials ($35/user/month annual, $49 monthly), and Growth ($99 annual, $109 monthly) adds workflows and a power dialer. Scale adds a predictive dialer. Calls run about $0.02 a minute on top, per Close's pricing page. Free trial with no card. It has no lending features at all.

Zoho CRM

Zoho is the budget option: free for 3 users, then Standard at $14/user/month annual ($20 monthly) with multiple pipelines, built-in calling, mass email and web forms, per its pricing page. Custom modules let you model deals, funders and offers. Expect to do that setup yourself or pay a Zoho partner.

Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a clean visual pipeline. Growth ($39/seat/month billed annually) adds full email sync, automations and sequences; Premium ($59) adds web forms and e-signatures, per its pricing page. A 14-day trial needs no card. Note that seats are charged whether or not they're assigned, which is the same idle-seat issue ConvergeHub has.

If most of your prospecting is outbound email, a dedicated sending tool often beats CRM drips; our best cold email tools roundup covers those.

If you're a small funder

ConvergeHub markets itself to MCA lenders too, but it has no ACH, payment schedules, NSF handling or syndication. If you fund deals, you need a funder platform. MCA Track is a reasonable start for a small funder: ACH built in through its sister processor GoACH, syndicator splits, ISO commissions and portals, and onboarding it says takes days. Pricing isn't published. Our MCA Track alternatives covers the other funder options.

How to choose

  • Time a deal. Pick last week's typical file and count the minutes spent choosing funders and sending packages. If it's a lot, go lending-specific.
  • Count your calls. If reps make hundreds of dials a day, a built-in dialer (Close, NextLevel MCA, or staying on ConvergeHub) matters more than lender tools.
  • Price the seats you'll actually use. ConvergeHub and Pipedrive charge for every seat bought; Ferrylend and MCA Pilot price per user with no minimum.

FAQ

How much does ConvergeHub cost?

The general CRM is $29, $45 or $59 per user per month billed annually ($45, $65 or $85 monthly). The Alternative Lending (MCA) Edition has no published price.

Can I try ConvergeHub's MCA edition for free?

No. Its FAQ says the free trial gives you the generic CRM, not the lending edition. The MCA edition includes one training call.

What's the cheapest ConvergeHub alternative?

Zoho CRM's free edition covers 3 users, and its Standard plan is $14/user/month billed annually. You'd build the lending workflow yourself.

Does ConvergeHub submit deals to lenders?

Its site doesn't describe multi-lender submission or lender matching. Lenders are tracked as contacts, and documents are generated and sent from the record.

Does ConvergeHub handle MCA collections?

Not in the servicing sense. Its "collections" features are billing reminders. There's no ACH processing, payment schedule or syndication.

If ConvergeHub's calling and texting are what your team uses most, you may not need to leave. If the funder work is what eats the day, that's the part to fix.

Disclosure: Ferrylend is made by Digital Mundo, a separate company with the same owner as Gold Penguin. We rank it first, and we've kept its drawbacks in plain view.
